Recording

To start recording for an appointment, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the visits page

  1. Navigate to a date with appointments scheduled if needed

      1. tap on one of the arrows which will take you forward/backward by one day
      2. tap on the box with the current date and calendar icon which will open up this menu where you can choose a date

  1. Tap on an appointment with No scribe linked to start recording

  1. Click start recording

  1. Record your conversation and click “End Recording” when you are ready to upload

  1. It may take some time to upload your recording depending on your internet connection and the file size.
  2. After the recording is successfully uploaded, it will take some time for the backend to generate a scribe from your recording. At this point, you are free to wait for generating to finish, or go do something else.

  1. Once generating completes, click “View Scribe” to view generated outputs.
