We are experiencing an incident in which procedures/CPT codes are appearing in Flowsheets without an associated Intervention marked as “Done”. Example below:

For example, you can see that 97110 and 97112 are appearing in the blue billing bar at the top of Flowsheets, despite the Interventions not being marked as “Done”. This is an error.

We are in the process of removing these. However, if you would like to remove the CPT codes manually - Steps to remove:

1. Find the intervention(s) that have the incorrectly surfaced CPT codes
2. Mark them as “Done”
3. Wait until the blue billing box at the top of Flowsheets refreshes visibly (~2-3 seconds)
4. Once the intervention(s) is marked as “Done”, mark them as “Un-done” (un-check the Intervention box).
5. This will refresh the blue billing box on the back end and clear the incorrect CPT code(s).
